APPOINTMENTS

All bridal appointments are by reservation only. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. Appointment fees are non-refundable and may be applied toward a purchase at our discretion.

-Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time or cancellation.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All bridal gown purchases are made-to-order unless otherwise specified. A deposit or full payment is required to place an order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full or deposit is completed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of bridal gowns and special orders, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes of mind after purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for custom or special-order items. At our discretion, we may allow a transfer of your deposit to another gown within a limited timeframe.

ALTERATIONS

Alterations are not included in the purchase price. We may recommend third-party seamstresses; however, Layah’s Bridal is not responsible for their work. All alteration costs, scheduling, and outcomes are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Estimated delivery timelines are provided by designers and are not guaranteed. Layah’s Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or customs. Customers will be notified when their gown arrives in-store. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed.

GOWN PICKUP & STORAGE

Once notified of arrival, gowns must be picked up within 10 days. Storage fees may apply after this period. Layah’s Bridal is not responsible for gowns left beyond a reasonable timeframe.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Bridal gowns are handmade and may vary slightly from samples. Differences in color, fabric, beading, or detailing may occur and do not qualify as defects.

LIABILITY

Layah’s Bridal is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur in-store. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including alterations or cleaning. We are not liable for delays or issues beyond our control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, branding, and text, is the property of Layah’s Bridal and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

PRIVACY

Your personal information is used solely for appointment booking, order processing, and communication. We do not sell your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
